Helping to Prevent Injuries
We first started our business after seeing the same common injuries among adolescents that we believe are preventable with the correct strengthening programmes. In women's football there is a plague of ACL tears, whilst in men's, a huge amount of hamstring tears which stem from gym work not being considered a necessity from a young age.

Mark Pembridge
Mark is an elite-level coach who is equally at home helping young players at grassroots level and making the best practices in coaching and conditioning available to all.As a player, he earned 54 caps for Wales and represented top flight clubs including Everton, Benfica and Fulham, later becoming Fulham’s 1st team coach.In addition to a UEFA ‘A’ Licence and over 14 years coaching at Fulham Academy, Mark is a Level 3 Personal Trainer, holds the FA Advanced Youth Coaches Award and FA Child Safeguarding qualification.

Kathryn is a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer who has an interest in specific, individualised training and adapting sessions to an athlete's individual needs.
